Continuing on with our men’s theme, next up we have the men’s laqué t-shirt. Some of you may think a t-shirt is just a t-shirt, but these t-shirts are extra special.

First, let’s talk about the fabric called laqué. It’s a light, stretchy, super-breathable fabric that’s more comfortable than cotton (try it and see!). It never loses its shape, gets saggy, or wrinkled. And on top of that it has a sexy wet look. Did I mention that it’s also machi

ne washable? So when youe take this fantastic fabric and make a t-shirt out of it, you’re definitely not going to end up with your garden-variety M&S t-shirt.

Laqué t-shirts are designed to be form-fitting. You’ve been spending a lot of time at the gym, so why not show off what you’ve got? There’s nothing nicer than a toned or muscular physique wrapped in smooth sexy fabric – what a gorgeous present to unwrap. And if you haven’t gotten that six-pack just yet, don’t worry. The wet-look of laqué is very flattering – the curves and shadows of the shiny fabric are very complimentary.

If you’ve decided that the laqué t-shirt is for you, there are a variety of styles to choose from. Designer Patrice Catanzaro has come up with three different t-shirt styles for a variety of different body types. We’ll go over each one here so you’ll know which is the right one for you.

The V-Neck is a naturally dressy style. You’ll see this style for men from designers such as Calvin Klein and Giorgio Armani. Some see the v-neck as more of a European style, particularly if it’s form fitting. A slightly looser fit works for a V-Neck as well, so it works for a variety of body types.

The Short Sleeve is a typical sleeve length that finishes above the elbow. Patrice’s short-sleeve t-shirt design has a tight fit throughout, so it is definitely a choice for the confident man who wants to show off all of his upper body.

The Cap Sleeve is a style that is cut to fit the shoulders with a shorter sleeve length than a traditional short-sleeved t-shirt. If you’ve got a nice set of shoulders and arms to show off, this is the choice for you. This style draws particular attention to the chest, shoulders and arms.

If you’d like to see these styles in action, head over to our main site and check out the Leo V-Neck T-Shirt, the John Cap-Sleeved Tight T-Shirt, the Rudy Short-Sleeved Tight T-Shirt and the Tight Black Short Sleeved T-Shirt. All of these styles are sleek, sexy and delightful to the touch!

PVC Trousers

PVC Trousers

We’ve had some comments that we’ve been focusing on women’s clothing and that we don’t have nearly as many articles for our male readers. You’ve spoken and we’ve listened- the next few articles will be decidedly man-focused. (Let us know what you think!)

Here’s a typical scenario: you’re planning a night out at a fetish club and it’s a bit of a challenge to find something stylish enough to meet the dress code but comfortable enough to wear all night in the warmer summer weather. Would you like an easy solution? PVC trousers!

Before you protest, PVC is actually a breathable fabric. It won’t stick to your skin like latex or rubber, and it allows your body to sweat naturally. And the shiny wet look fabric is surprisingly flattering. We haven’t figured it out exactly why it works like this, but it does. Maybe it has to do with the way the light hits your curvy bits, particularly when the trousers are a bit tight!

PVC trousers come in pretty much any style your can find for regular trousers. Skinny fit, boot cut, 501-style – the list goes on. If there is a particular style of trousers that look good on you, start with that style for your first PVC pair. Remember, it’s not a requirement that they be super-tight. They just need to be the right style for your shape. If you’re not sure, it’s always best to try on a number of different styles, experiment and get the opinions of others. And last but definitely not least, be careful to select the right kind of shoes to go with your sexy trousers. Rule number one: no trainers!

It may be a simple option but PVC trousers are a great first step into the world of fetish fashion for men. And we’re especially pleased that we can make that first step a hugely fashionable one. Take a look at the Boby Trousers and the Alex Trousers. Both are sexy, impeccably cut trousers that feature both PVC and laqué (another breathable wet look fabric) for even more comfort and longer wear. With a zip fly or stud front fastening either of these options will get you past any fetish club’s dress code with flying colours and also get you noticed.

Lacqué Bustier

Lacqué Bustier

Lacqué Bustier

The bustier is very similar to the basque, a style we’ve written about on our blog before (the boneless basque and the cupless basque). However the bustier it’s shorter as it only reaches down to the waist. It’s designed to push the breasts upwards like a push-up bra and also to shape the waist. The lacqué bustier is made from a stretchy, comfortable fabric, making it stylish and practical alternative to the basque or corset.

In general, bustiers are less rigid than corsets and basque. They typically do not have the sturdy boning. A bustier can still give good definition to your shape and provide the necessary support, but it won’t be as binding or restricting. For this reason bustiers are becoming a very popular option both as lingerie and everyday outerwear. When you combine the comfort of this more practical style with the silky, gorgeous and breathable texture of the laqué fabric, you end up with a winning fashion combination!

You may be wondering how something as seriously sexy as a laqué bustier can translate from the bedroom to everyday outerwear. It’s easy! Because the bustier only goes down to the waist, you can easily pair it with a flirty miniskirt or a pair of skinny jeans. And if you’ve sized it properly you’ll find that well-fitting bustier can create a delightfully slimming effect on your waistline. And the sexy shiny ‘latex-look’ of the laqué fabric can also enhance the body-shaping effect of the bustier.

So if you’re looking for a sexy yet comfortable item that works in the bedroom and also for a hot night out, the laqué bustier is an excellent choice. The fabric feels wonderful against the skin and it is stretchy and breathable, a combination you don’t often find in the lingerie department. Want to try? Halterneck Dress

We’ve already written about the halterneck top with some ‘top tips’ for how to make this fantastic and versatile style work best for your body type. The halterneck is a classic fashion statement that works equally well for lingerie, swimsuits, daytime and eveningwear. The halterneck dress is perhaps the most elegant of all the halterneck variations, combining the provocative exposure of the back with the delicate femininity of a short, long, fitting or flowing dress.

The most iconic halterneck dress of all time is the white dress worn by Marilyn Monroe in Seven Year Itch. Who can forget that moment when it blew up over he knees, the sexist wardrobe malfunction ever by far. She demurely leans forwards with a cheeky smile, legs apart, whilst holding her arms between her legs to prevent her dress from blowing up any higher, purposely accentuating the cleavage in the front of her dress. Now if that’s not a pose that literally screams sexy, please tell us what is?

Even though there was only one Marilyn Monroe, we can all share in the sexiness of the halterneck dress style. From a relaxed, summer print with a full skirt, to a form-fitting, jaw-dropping ‘little black cocktail dress’ with a deeply plunging backline and super-stylish up-do, you too can use the halterneck style to create your own ‘Seven Year Itch’. It’s the ultimate in fantastically flirty fashion.

The halterneck dress makes its own fashion statement as a style that simply works in a variety of situations. So why not start with a sure thing and then take it a giant sexy step further? Check out the Celine Short Black Halterneck Tutu Dress, the Calien Short Black Halterneck Bare-Bottom Dress, and the Gina Short Black PVC Halterneck Corset Dress. Try one of these and you may be echoing the words of Miss Marilyn herself: “I’m very definitely a woman and I enjoy it.”

Backless Dress

We all know what a backless dress is so I’m not going to give you a history lesson about it. Suffice to say that right now, the back is the ‘New Cleavage’. And if you’re not getting it out there, you are missing the boat. So repeat after me: ‘Modest in front, sexy in the back!’ That’s right, now go forth and shop!

Now if you’re not quite convinced that you can pull off the look, here are some tips that should change your mind. First of all, you’ll need to choose a style based on what looks best with your body shape. Form fitting or loosely flowing? A wide, deep opening, or a shallower, narrower opening?. Everyone’s body is different and the most important thing is that you feel confident. Also, you’ll want to think about the styling of the front of the dress. Remember, a backless dress is the most striking when there is a contrast between the modesty of the front and the revelation of the back.

Once you’ve started trying on different styles, remember you’re your posture is of extreme importance. Walk with your head held high and your back straight. This can change the whole look of a backless dress. And you can continue to elongate your body by adding a pair of high heels. Another important tip is to take care of your skin. Don’t overdo it with the tanning. All you need to do is to make sure you follow a simple regimen of cleansing and moisturizing.

And last but not least, don’t wear a traditional bra! Nothing ruins the sexy line of an exposed back like an unwanted bra strap running across the middle. If you’re too well-endowed to go completely braless, look for a backless bra with adhesive, a strapless bra with a low clasp (depending on the depth of the back plunge) or individual bra cups or lifts. And remember not to wear a tight bra before you wear your backless dress because you don’t want any leftover ‘bra marks’ to show either.

A woman’s back is one of the sexiest parts of her body, and it’s far too often overlooked. The backless dress is the perfect outfit to remedy this, and it’s a desirable piece that can suit many different body types. There many different styles so keep looking until you find the perfect one for you. Take a look at the Ines Short Black Backless Dress, the Marlene Short Black Backless Dress, the Natacha Short Black Laced Backless Dress, and our best-selling Gaelle Short Black Backless Dress. See what I mean? Something seriously sexy for everyone!
