Monsieur Patrice Catanzaro, is a Frenchman of Italian descent, living and working in Marseilles, France. Highly respected and well loved by all in the fashion industry, Patrice has been designing his own collections for the past 20 or so years.
Learning his trade making creations primarily in leather and fur, his love of all things fetish made him look at the fetish fashions available and conclude that the fetish world needed him. His passion for fine fabrics that fit like a second skin and also his love of the female body led him to begin designing both fetish clothes and the fabric to show them off to their best advantage.
His earlier collections 1 – 3 (called ‘Tomes’ in French) still retained some of the traditional leather shapes but from Tome 4 up to the current Tome 6 collections he has produced some stunningly sexy shapes and designs. From tight, high necked, long sleeved long dresses to cupless bras and thongs which are hardly more than strips of fabric, he has combined “seriously sexy to faintly fetish” fashions for women of all ages.
The fabric he has designed for his own exclusive use is called ‘laqué’ and it gives his clothes such a special quality, look and feel. There are many variations of similar fabrics on the market but none of them come close to matching it. Fine and smooth, stretchy and light, it moulds to your skin and leaves you feeling almost naked – it drapes like raw silk, it breathes, it is washable and any creases drop out almost immediately.
We have tried to tear it, discolour it in the sun, split the top from the bottom layer but everything fails. It is truly a supreme fabric.
Not only does Patrice design collections for sexy girls, he has also struggled to find sexy and stylish clothes for guys, both underwear as well as trousers and shirts. He has succeeded here too!
A gorgeous eyeful of tight boxers and thongs to casual yet smart street wear for the boys. This collection is called Second Face and has the distinctive logo.
