Fire and Air Show from The Fuel Girls
Our new sponsorship opportunity……..
A couple of years ago the ultra sexy, fire-breathing, rock & roll dance and stunt show group – The Fuel Girls – approached Patrice asking if they could wear his collections for their shows. Having worn out all the clothes he gave them, they approached Patrice again and the culmination of the discussions has resulted in a sponsorship deal with Libertinesque who will be sponsoring the Girls for the coming year.
They’ll be wearing the Clémentine collections for their new stunning aerial show “Fire and Air” as well as the black laqué collections for the raunchy stage routines. The Girls have a huge following all over the world and will be touring the UK and the USA during 2011 with Libertinesque as their clothing sponsors, appearing at motor shows, FMX rallies, rock concerts and many VIP parties.
They are wicked and wild so keep watch for their shows.

PVC Trousers
We’ve had some comments that we’ve been focusing on women’s clothing and that we don’t have nearly as many articles for our male readers. You’ve spoken and we’ve listened- the next few articles will be decidedly man-focused. (Let us know what you think!)
Here’s a typical scenario: you’re planning a night out at a fetish club and it’s a bit of a challenge to find something stylish enough to meet the dress code but comfortable enough to wear all night in the warmer summer weather. Would you like an easy solution? PVC trousers!
Before you protest, PVC is actually a breathable fabric. It won’t stick to your skin like latex or rubber, and it allows your body to sweat naturally. And the shiny wet look fabric is surprisingly flattering. We haven’t figured it out exactly why it works like this, but it does. Maybe it has to do with the way the light hits your curvy bits, particularly when the trousers are a bit tight!
PVC trousers come in pretty much any style your can find for regular trousers. Skinny fit, boot cut, 501-style – the list goes on. If there is a particular style of trousers that look good on you, start with that style for your first PVC pair. Remember, it’s not a requirement that they be super-tight. They just need to be the right style for your shape. If you’re not sure, it’s always best to try on a number of different styles, experiment and get the opinions of others. And last but definitely not least, be careful to select the right kind of shoes to go with your sexy trousers. Rule number one: no trainers!
It may be a simple option but PVC trousers are a great first step into the world of fetish fashion for men. And we’re especially pleased that we can make that first step a hugely fashionable one. Take a look at the Boby Trousers and the Alex Trousers. Both are sexy, impeccably cut trousers that feature both PVC and laqué (another breathable wet look fabric) for even more comfort and longer wear. With a zip fly or stud front fastening either of these options will get you past any fetish club’s dress code with flying colours and also get you noticed.

Fishnet Catsuit
I don’t think the everyday catsuit needs any introduction. We’re all familiar with this one-piece garment that turns up everywhere from the catwalk to Olympic speed skating to scuba diving to science fiction television shows. And let’s not forget tennis. But even fashion icon Serena Williams didn’t dare step onto the court wearing a fishnet catsuit. This unique piece takes the style and imagination of a traditional catsuit and turns it into a see-through statement of pure sex appeal.
There’s nothing about a fishnet catsuit that doesn’t say, or more accurately, shout, sexy. It hugs every single curve and puts each one of them on display. There many different kinds of fishnet, from the large rope-like mesh all the way through to soft, smooth sheer material. The type of material determines how the catsuit will fit and how it will interact with the body. A larger mesh will create an exciting pattern across the skin, while the softer, sheer material will wrap the body in a satiny sheen that is silky smooth to the touch.
You may also hear the fishnet catsuit referred to more commonly as a bodystocking. While they are both similar in look and feel, a bodystocking is designed to be worn under clothing, or as lingerie. Of course it doesn’t have to be, and neither does a fishnet catsuit. But if you’re thinking of wearing either as an undergarment, think one step further: how much of a surprise it would be for your partner to discover a full-length fishnet catsuit under your every-day business suit upon returning home from an ordinary day at the office?
If this article has you convinced that it’s time to give the very sexy fishnet catsuit a try, may we suggest the Sarah Black Fishnet Catsuit, tight-fitting bodysuit with a high neck and an unzippable crotch, or the Vetina Fully Enclosed Black Fishnet Catsuit, a fully enclosed bodysuit that wraps your entire body in smooth and sheer black fishnet, like a delectable and decadent present just waiting to be opened!

Lacquered Linen Trousers
Linen trousers might seem an unusual topic to discuss on our blog since we tend to focus on clothes that range from the faintly fetish to the seriously sexy. However, as Marks & Spencer might say if they did ads for our clothes, these are not your ordinary linen trousers! Lacquered linen is a type of fabric that gives a laminated ‘wet look’ and has little resemblance to typical linen. It’s a lightweight summer alternative to traditional fetish wear and definitely worth a discussion.
Lacquered linen is an adaptable, textured fabric. It has a unique woven appearance that has a variety of uses outside of fetish fashion. Lacquered linen tables and other furniture and interior design elements make use of this interesting fabric, as well as dressage whips, which are similar to riding crops, for horseback riding. Although I suppose a dressage whip could also be a useful accessory in the fetish clubs too!

Lacquered Linen Trousers
And speaking of fetish clubs, lacquered linen trousers are the perfect fashion choice during the warmer summer months. The shiny appearance, which you might describe as ‘glazed’, has a modern and contemporary look. The light breathable fabric allows for fetish fun and games whilst remaining cool and comfortable. They are loose fitting, which can be a pleasant change from many of the tighter styles traditionally seen in men’s fetish wear. Men’s linen trousers are a classic, elegant and sophisticated style; lacquered linen takes that style one big step further.
So if you’re heading off to your favourite fetish club this summer, instead of going with traditional winter fetish wear like leather or latex, why not look into the stylish and practical alternative of lacquered linen trousers? The Enrick Linen Trousers by Patrice Catanzaro are fashionable, relaxed fit trousers with a stylish and practical look that is certain to turn heads while you keep cool at the same time.

Lace Collar
The lace collar offers a twist to the traditional BDSM collar. It functions equally well if you’re looking for a delicate and feminine way to ‘collar’ your property, or if you simply like the idea of having a lacy accessory around your neck to complement your fetish outfit. Although it may seem like a rather simple accessory, the lace collar actually has a lengthy history for both genders.
The term lace derives from the Latin laqeus meaning ‘noose’. As a delicate fabric with patterns of holes, its creation is an ancient craft which even has its own patron saint (St John Francis Regis). The lace collar first appeared as early as the 16th century. They were widely used in men’s clothing during the era of Louis XIV, and then revived again in 1880’s America for younger boys with the popularity of Little Lord Fauntleroy. During this period young girls also wore lace collars, although the style was more popular for boys.

Lace Collar
Fast-forward to the present time and the lace collar has become a decorative accessory primarily worn by women. Somewhat reminiscent of the Edwardian collar worn to cover the neck, the lace collar is an elegant and sophisticated addition to any outfit where you wish to draw attention to the neckline and décolletage. It works best as part of an outfit with a low neckline, which allows the lace collar to be a featured accessory to your ensemble.
Although the lace collar has a diverse historical background, none of its history matters much in the bedroom or in the fetish club. In those moments, the demure look of delicate lacy fabric covering the neck, combined with a sexy, revealing outfit, could create your own historical moment to remember. Try the Wide Black Lace Collar or the Narrow Red Collar on for size and let us know how they work out for you.
